碾子沟煤矿开拓方案设计优化

Design Optimization with Development Mode of Nianzigou mine

摘要: 针对碾子沟煤矿的不良地质条件和老空区分布现状,详细分析了既有矿井工业场地的地形特点、井筒位置、井下巷道层位等因素,提出矿井存在问题及优化开拓方案的思路,从技术安全和经济等方面对开拓方案进行全面比选,最终确定斜井开拓方案。根据现场实施情况证明,优化方案系统简单、土方工程量大大减小、井下巷道避开了铝土质泥岩的影响,工业场地内既有设施得到了有效利用。

Abstract: Aiming at to adverse geologic condition and permeability waste area of Nianzigou mine, the paper detailed analysis the topographic features of underground tunnel, shaft location, coal mine industrial site and so on, the exiting problems and optimizing development plan were put, finally inclined shaft development scheme was determined from the technical safety and economic comprehensive comparison. According to field implementation of proof, system optimization is simple, earthwork volume is greatly reduced, the underground tunnel to avoid the influence of bauxitic mudstone, existing facilities are effectively used in industrial fields
